Really, it's amazing what "they" didn't say.

I received years of training as a Certified Financial Planner, for my Masters of Science in Financial Services, passed extensive broker, state, and national licensing exams, and was trained by a Fortune 500 Company as a Financial Advisor. Yet, the only markets I received extensive training on were the Stock and Bond markets. The training "experts" did occasionally mention the real estate market, when it pertained to real estate limited partnerships, because they was a small part of the investment opportunities that I was permitted to offer to my clients.

Wow, was I surprised to find out that there were Other Lucrative Trillion Dollar Markets, besides the U.S. Stock Market, that offered Significant Opportunity.
